property valueEveryone is wondering what kinds of efforts and endeavors could not only go to preserve the worth but also help add value to the homes.
There are many things that we can do that might make our houses a bit easier to sell. For example, repaint of the window shell and roof, renewing the wallpaper in the house, and buying new lamps as wll as Electric fireplace to decorate the living room, are on many people’s to-do list to make the property on sale more attractive. This kind of changes will make the house looks like a more pleasant place to live in, and they might even help demonstrate the possibilities to a purchaser. However, unless they happen to be exactly what your purchaser wants, these things won’t actually add value to your property. Most of the time, they’ll just end up being redone soon and no value will be added for anyone.
Only a few things will add real value to the properties. Here is two examples:
First of all, extra space means extra money. So, a parking space will usually add around 8% to the value of the property, while a single garage may add a further 3%.
Secondly, double glazing and outstanding central heating are also among the top requests of the buyers, and will add value to the property.
