Britain’s economy deeper into decline and even the costs of deflation will rise next month cuppa drought and pushed the pound down the price of tea.
Unilever to prostaglandins and Scotland prompted mixed tea, said it would raise prices, retailers of 10-15 percent in June, which will see up to 50 pence increase in the price of a box of 160 tea bags.

Increased demand, India and China has also pushed up prices, and the collapse of the more expensive pound of tea, the British tea importers who buy dollars.
A spokesman for Unilever said: “We try to minimize the impact, but because of rising commodity costs and negative currency liquidity to price increases we have.”
Increase is bad news for the United Kingdom who consumed a cup of tea about 165 million cups every day, but Bill Gorman, Executive Chairman of the Tea Council said that the tea is still good value, and not to increase a a bad thing.
“If you look back at 1999, 80 tea bags is £ 1.89. In February of this year, it is up to £ 1.97 – a 10-year price increase of just a box of tea bags 8p,” he said.
“If prices rise, this is a good thing, since production of tea farmers who have actually experienced a decline in profits in the past 10 years … in fact a slight increase is a very good farmers.”
