PC World Fails to Brand Well

Shoppers are more notoriously anxious about understanding and buying technology. It means that they will rely more heavily on staff in the shops than for most other kinds of purchases. However, there is a worry that a lot of the staff working in the big chains are not very knowledgeable themselves. There is also a concern that some staff are recommending products to hit sales targets or shift old stock, rather than supplying the best option.
According to a satisfaction survey conducted by the Computing magazine–Which?, PC World, the chain with more than 150 outlets across the country, is today branded as the worst place on the High Street to buy a computer due to its poor customer. Very few customers who visited the chain would recommend it to someone else.
