money, money, money

According to a report, it is warned that about 40 per cent of employers will cut or freeze their employee’s wage when new pension rules are introduced into the field in 2012.
The new rule will force UK employers to pay into a company pension for each of their employee for the very first time in history. The employees will be asked to pay the equivalent of at least 3 per cent of a employee’s wage into a pension. It is revealed that employers today are seriously concerned about how to find the money to pay the bill.
It is likely that employees’ wages could be ‘hit’ as employers resort to desperate measures to recover the money lost on the extra pensions bill.
