The Key to Success in a Customer Visit

Here are a few tips that could lead you towards great success during your visit to the customers:
(1) Let the customer speak. Every 45 seconds during your speach, leave around 15 seconds for the customers to express their opinion. Remember to keep the pace of your speech at similar speed with your customers.
(2) Manage to spot the area that your customers are most interested in after 3 minutes and try to lead your conversation towards the hot topic.
(3) Try to make yourselfe memorable instead of make your customers remember your company or its products/service. Pay attention to the psychological expectations, personality characteristics, qualities and experience of your customers.
