Usually, mid-level Managers all face several similar problem in daily operation. Here are a few common mistakes that could bring a lot of damage to an organization. Mid-level managers need to be aware of this mistakes and try their best to avoid having the following features.
1. Having over-strong region awareness, and hating others’ intervene in their fields;
2. Having gang awareness, and always looking to have a few stooge around them;
3. Always like to analyze the factions in the high management level within the organization;
4. Having the habbit of criticizing and fiddling the right and wrong, and spreading rumor intentionally or unintentionally;
5. Make simple issues much more complicate, losing control of the team gradually, and ending up in poor execution.
