Only One Tenth Get a Pay Deal Above Inflation Rate

According to research by Incomes Data Services, it is revealed that only one in ten workers will receive a rise in salary that beats the rate of inflation in 2011.
The report by pay experts highlights the crippling influence on people as their pay stall while the household bills rising to record levels. It is also revealed in the report that the number of workers getting a wage freeze is rising along with increase in tax resulting in millions getting less in their pay packets and facing a daily struggle to pay the bills.
Overall, it is found that 85% pay deals will rise at a rate below the inflation level of 4%.
