According to reports, it is indicated that the mobile phone companies will be told to cut call charges by at least £1 billion in an imminent ruling by Ofcom, the telecoms regulator. The companies will be ordered to lower the cost of connecting calls from one network to another.
The report by Ofcom is expected to set the mobile phone rates from 2011 to 2015 that will halve the charges from 4p per minute to a maximum of 2p per minute. Mobile groups are thought to charge each other an annual connection fees of about £2 billion. BGN News ..
