Microsoft Rebrands Entertainment as Xbox

On Friday, the US software group–Microsoft has unveiled its entertainment services offering for the launch of Windows 8, rebranding its content as Xbox Music, Xbox Video as well as Xbox Games.
Microsoft will also tie content together with an Xbox SmartGlass app. The company can link a tablet, laptop or phone to an Xbox game console, allowing video to be controlled on a connected TV, with extra information concerning the programming made available on the mobile device.
