Well, for people who are not looking to get involved in huge projects, the following information might help give you some clue about where to start.
First of all, a lick of paint around the windowsills as well as a neatly manicured lawn, help give great first impression to a prospective buyer.
Secondly, some new kitchen decoration and bathroom vanities will have more magic power over the potential buyers than you might originally expected.
Thirdly, keep the place clean. Air the room before anyone come to view it. Open the curtains to let light into the room.
