If you are working in the human resource department and looking to achieve success along your career path, there are several things you need to put into your schedule.
First of all, go online at least once per day, not to read newspapers or watch online programs, but simply to keep up with the pace of the information age. Secondly, do remember to schedule communication with at least three staff from the lowest hierachy in the organization in order to keep track of all the latest news among the employees. Thirdly, attend regular senior managers mettings eery week to get familiar with the business. Fourthly, reading is always beneficial. Read a book every month could be of great help for your personal development. Last but not least, participate in professional trainings every month helps you get access to the opportunities to communicate with other talents within the industry sector.
