Growth is up as Double Dip Fears Ease Off

Fears of a double dip further ease off as upbeat economic news indicated that UK continued its climb out of the economic recession.
According to the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, the economy grew by 0.6% in the three months to the end of November. This was faster than the previous reading of 0.5%, but nothing like as strong as the 1.2% seen earlier in the year.
