Property Prices in China Fall for Third Month

According to statistics by SouFun Holdings Ltd., China’s largest real estate website owner, it is shown that there are declines in all 10 of the mainland’s largest cities.
With more developers cutting prices to boost sales as continued government housing curbs squeezed their cash flow, China’s property prices fell for the third month in November. Home prices dropped by 0.28% month-on-month last month, following a decline of 0.23% in October. Price slid in 57 out of 100 cities tracked by SouFun, including all 10 biggest cities in the nation.
There is a growing belief that some cities may suspend home-purchase curb due to expire at year-end. But most analysts don’t expect a loosening of real estate policies in the short term.
