Carphone Slipt Sees TalkTalk Go it Alone

Broadband supplier TalkTalk Telecom, which has about 5000 staff, is UK’s second-biggest broadband company behind BT with more than 4 million customers and is now valued at about £1.1 billion Carphone Warehouse has a current market value of about £620 million following the shake-up.
The company made its stock market debut after its demerger from Carphone Warehouse. The company will give its first trading update as a separate entity on May 11 following the long-awaited split.
