Candles and Fire in the Winter?

I believe that you have already beware of the news like: ‘Customers Can’t Pay Their Utility Bills‘ and ‘With Higher Heating Bills Expected This Winter Shut offs Will Continue’. People are panic over the current situation.
The number of Americans whose natural gas or electricity has been shut down for non-payment of their bills are going up sharply in most parts of the country as people struggle with the higher prices, higher inflation rate and a unsteady economy.
The shut offs are running about 16% higher than last year between customers in New York state’s major utilities and 21% higher in state of Michigan. While they are already up in dozens of other states, including Pennsylvania,California and Florida, according to the current report from an associated checked survey of energy companies and regulators.
Despite efforts by state and federal governments, utilities and private groups are going to help people avoid the shut offs in this winter, but some worry that the problem will only get even worse.
It was said from Southern California Edison Co. which with 4.5 million residential electric customers, reported the residential terminations of utilities were up to more than 10% through August of this year to 228,000, while Westar Energy Inc. of Topeka, Kan., it also predicted a 19.5% increase in the same period; Further more, Tampa Electric Co. has reported a 19% climb in disconnect orders through June for residential and commercial customers.
There is one we can foresee is that the civilization is going backward as a result of the shaky economy.
