Barnes & Noble are now planning big in order to sell more Nook.
The chain is aggressively advertising their e-Nook reader. In September, Barnes & Noble is promoting Nook hard through the construction of 1,000 square-foot boutiques in all its stores, which have sample corners, demonstration tables, video screens as well as staff to advise the customer and user manual.
Via providing additional floor space to promote the Nook, Barnes & Noble is creating a decisive advantage over Amazon in the e-Reader War. The 720 brick and mortar stores of the chain enable the customers to test the device before purchasing.
