Asda to Cut IVF Drugs by £800

The supermarket chain of ASDA has teed up an IVF price war via claiming that the group is going to sell fertility drugs at cost price.
The group announced that it would charge £1171.41 for the hormones to accompany one treatment cycle, saving couples up to £820. The decision to sell the drugs without making a profit was part of the group’s move to establish itself as the most competitive pharmacy in Britian.
The move was welcomed by fertility support group, which companied that the availability of IVF treatment on the NHS was a postcode lottery.
